Booking and payment

Booking Process

Our website shows our availability only. If you find any dates that suit, please fill out the enquiry form to receive a quote for your stay. 

Once we has received an enquiry form and both parties agree to continue with the booking, we will send a booking form to the party leader which has our bank details on for payment via bank transfer or PayPal. (We do have a credit card machine) 

The booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit  (30% of the balance) or the full balance and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. 

The Pre arrival guide which includes the property address, welcome information and key safe codes will be sent to the party leader. a week or so before arrival, this can be sent sooner if requested. 

2 night minimum stay during off peak periods and 7 night bookings only during the Summer school holidays for the farmhouse and barns. 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the balance secures the booking. Our bank details will be on the booking form.

Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

If the holiday is due to start within six weeks, full payment must be made to confirm the booking. 

Payment is by bank transfer. or PayPal.  No cash on arrival.
