Q How many does the farm house sleep?

A The farmhouse sleeps 10 + 2 travel cots (No linen for the cot provided) in 5 bedrooms  (1 on the groundfloor) 

Q How many does a barn sleep?

A Each barn sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (one king, 1 twin) + 1 travel cot ( No linen for the cot provided)

Q Are pets allowed?

A  Absolutely. We allow 3-4 well behaved dogs in the farmhouse and 1-2 well behaved dogs in the barns. 

Note- The farmhouse garden is not fully enclosed whilst the barns gardens are. There are some great walks from the doorstep for you and your companions to enjoy.

Q Are the hot tubs private?

A Yes, each property has a private hot tub which will be managed by Lin and James during your stay.  

Note- The hot tub may still be warming up on the day of arrival

Q Where are you based?

A Our post code is LD7 1YR. We are based between Newtown, Knighton and Llandrindod Wells. 

Q. Is there Wi-Fi and mobile signal

A Yes we have unlimited broadband within the properties. Mobile signal is available in the properties via the Wi-Fi however outside the mobile reception is limited to hot spots and  EE generally has the best network coverage. 

Q Can I book online via your website

A. Not at the moment. If you would like to make a booking either contact us through the form on the website or contact us direct by phone or email and we will be happy to provide you a price for your stay. Please provide us with dates you have in mind, number of guests and length of stay so we can provide an accurate price.
