Inside
Traditional rustic features meet modern open plan living in this renovated semi-detached barn conversion with underfloor heating throughout.Enter into the open plan living space, with two ceiling to floor windows to take in the fabulous views of the fields beyond. A large wall mounted Smart TV and electric fireplace.The dining area sits 4 and a hgh-chair can be provided. Children's plates, bowls and cutlery also provided.
The wet room is wheelchair friendly ( NO GRAB RAILS) with rainfall shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 1 which looks out to the front of the property boasts a comfortable King bed looking across to the stone wall. A large fitted wardrobe space with shelving and hanging space.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious two single bed bedroom with built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelf again overlooking the front of the property.
Starlink WiFi keeps you connected but we recommend you switch off.
Outside
Fully indulge in the location with a soak in the electric outdoor hot tub with outstanding views of the rolling Welsh hills. The barn has an enclosed garden so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this rural location and keep your dog and/or children safe. Enjoy al fresco dining with the outdoor garden table, chairs and stools or benefit from the BBQ facilities and sun loungers. .
